Raining Delhi

what make a people lazy to roam around coz'ed by rain that always start to wet the street and places, whenever it is.. but mostly raining that i dislike it..it was in new delhi..the rain could make the street dirty and muddy avery where...and suppose u walk just a side of the main road which is surrounded by water...it could wetting u by dirt of the water...spreaded by the speed car and bike passing near u....
there is nothing what to do when rain start pouring down..summer in delhi has pass and hope never come again next year....hot and hottest that the summer in delhi and mostly north of india...the summer in delhi always come to end by pouring water from the sky..
get lost damn summer....
